Because the opinions of our clients are very important for us we have responded positively to the request of many of them to offer the opportunity of making hotel reservations available online without the need to wait for a confirmation email that we have sufficient rooms available for the periods solicited.

In case you are already familiar with our new Online Hotel Reservations System you can enter the system now by clicking "here".
If you are not (yet) familiar with the system, we recommend you to continue reading the following instructions:

The first thing you should do when entering the booking system is to change the language to "english" using the selection box at the right top of the main screen.

The lower part of the left hand menu is only for our staff to register if they need to perform maintenance to our online reservations system.,

You can not book a room a room for the first 7 days starting from the date you are making your reservation. The reason being that we may experience internet problems in Jalapa and are trying to to avaid at all costs making double reservations.

If, however, you need to make a reservation for this period we ask you to give us a call or write us an email. You will be asked to provide your credit card details to make the required deposit.

When entering the main page of our booking system you will find a summary of the information available about our Hotel and you can make your booking by "clicking" on the button with the text "BOOK A ROOM".

The booking form is presented on one sigle screen and is divided in 4 easy steps:

STEP 1: Details of your reservation:

Date of Arrival
Date of Departure
Total number of quests
(The total number of quests should NOT include the children who stay for free on the rooms of their parents.

STEP 2: Select the room(s) you wish to reserve:

"Click" with your mouse on the room from the list of available rooms you want to reserve. Each room presents the types of beds available and the maximum number of persons allowed to occupy the room. Repeat the process untill you have sufficient rooms selected for all the members of your group.

During this phase you can also indicate that you wish to extend your reservation including breakfast with the rooms. To do so, check the square box in front of "Breakfast" and indicate the number of nights of your reservations. The program will automatically calculate how much breakfasts you need for all the members of your group for the whole period you are with us. Please note that the children who stay for free are NOT included in the breakfasts. You might indicate this on the form or tell us when arriving at the hotel.

STEP 3: Personal data::

Here you need to write down your personal data. All your personal data will be handled with strict confidenciality and will never be handed over to third parties. Fields marked with a small red star are obliged..


STEP 4: Complete your reservation:

When completed filling in the form you have to "click" on the button with the text "Review Booking". It it seems that this buttom does not react, most likely tou have not filled in all information required and/ or selected enough rooms to accomdate your whole group. You might find a hint at the top of the form which data is missing.

Once completed tha data, you will be presented a new screen with a summary of your reservation. Please check this carefully and if you need to make some changes "Click"on the button with the text "Amend reservation:. Please note that after making changes you need to select again the rooms to accomodate your group. In the field "Special requierements" yuo can note down any special requirements you may have. We also ask you to write down here the children who will be staying for free.

At the end of the form you will have to indicate that you have read and agree upon with our Policy Of Hotel Reservations.

Finally you will be directed to a safe site of PayPal to make the deposit payment requiered. If you have a PayPal account you can log in to this and make the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, don't worry, you still can make the payment using your credit card details (without the need to first open a PayPal account!).
