Hotel Policy for Online Reservations and Privacy

When a client makes a reservation through our Online Reservation System
he/she automatically and implicitly confirms that he/she has read the below
Reservation and Privacy policy and that he/she agrees with the terms included in them.

1 RESERVATION POLICY

Guarantee policy:

All online reservations made through our Online Reservation System require an advance payment of 50% of the total value of the reservation by credit card when making the reservation. 

When the client arrives at the hotel on the planned date of arrival the remaining payment can be made either with his credit card or in cash in the local currency or with United States dollars.

Cancellation policy:

In case of cancellations of the reservations an administration and/or penalty fees might be charged according to the following situations:

  1. Cancellations with 8 days or more before the planned Arrival Date:
    In this case no administration fee or penalty will be charged. We will reimburse the client the amount paid in concept of advance payment to his credit card (less eventual deductions/fees charged to the amount received by the Credit Card Company).

  2. Cancellations with less than 7 days or less before the planned Arrival Date:
    In this case we charge a penalty fee of 50% of the total value of the reservation. This means that no reimbursement will be made to your credit card of your (50%) advance payment and we will cancel your reservation.

  3. "No show" policy:
    If a "No Show" occurs (when a client does not appear in our hotel on the planned Date of Arrival) a 50% penalty fee will be applied which means that no reimbursement will be made to the client of the 50% advance payment and the reservation will be cancelled. In addition we will charge/ debit your credit card with the value of the First Night of your reservation as an additional penalty fee.

Children policy:

Children less than 8 years do not pay for lodging if they sleep in the beds available in the reserved rooms.

Pet policy:

Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Oversold policy:

In the extreme case that our Hotel is oversold and cannot offer a client the contracted service made through our online reservations system, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted that will meet, or give better service, than the original benefits contracted. To avoid this situation online reservations can only be made more than 3 days before the date of arrival.

2 Privacy Policy

Security is our highest priority to ensure the confidentiality of the personal information you provide to us through our online reservation system.

We store any information you enter on our website. This includes personal information such as your first and last name, home or business address, telephone number, postal and e-mail addresses.

The information you provide will never be shared with non-authorized third parties.

If required we may share some of your information with companies related to your travel itinerary such as airlines, hotels, ground handling companies, local tour companies, sponsors and other suppliers.
