OUR POLICY OF HOTEL RESERVATIONS

The rates for our hotel rooms consists of a base rate for each room per night and an additional charge per person per night for each person occupying a room. The rates per person may vary according to high and low season.

Children 8 years of age and less can stay for free in the room with their parents using the available beds.

All rates are in USD and include local sales taxes. Any changes in the taxes will be charged additionally.

You can occupy your room on the day of arrival after 01.00 PM and will have to desoccupy your room on the date of departure before 11.00 AM.

Hotel rooms can be reserved through our Online Hotel Reservations System available on this web page.

Each hotel reservation requieres a deposit of 25% of the value of the contract.

You will recieve from us an email informing you of the details of your reservations and the total amount due to pay on arrival. If you do not receive this email (normally within 3 working days) you will have to inform a by sending an email. Failing to do so will invalid your reservation.

In case you wish to shorten and or cancel your reservation: the following penalty charges will be aplied:

Canceling 15 days or more before your date of arrival:
The penalty charge will be the value of your deposit paid.

Cancelling between 7 and 15 days before the date of arrival:
The penalty charge will be 50% of the total value of your contract.

Cancelling within 7 days of your arrival or in case of No Show:
The penalty charge will be a 100% of the total value of your contract.

The penalty charges will be charged aaginst your credit card or otherwise.

We advice you to inform us as soon as possible of any changes or cancelling of your reservation. We will try to be as flexible as possible but will need to charge administrative costs and/or lost revenues from hotel rooms not rented due to your cancelling.

When making use of our Online Hotel Reservations System you automatically declare to have read and agree upon this Policy of Hotel Reservations.
