MEETING ROOMS El Pantano has the capacity to organize your company events such as work shops, training courses and meetings in our Meeting Room including the service of foods, drinks and rent of our datashow. El Pantano is also frecuently used for private parties such as weegings and birthday parties.In addition, El Pantano regularly organises concerts for our clients duirng the weekends. Our meeting room has a capacity of groups up to 25 personas each with its table and chair and up till 55 persons without tables (seminars). For larger groups we can use our restaurant. For events of more than 1 day, you can use our comfortable hotel for your participants (see hotel).
Knowing the importance of good planning for the success of your event, we make all efforts to comply with the agreed upon schedule for the services included. Our reception provides you with all the additional services required for your event as it acts as a modern Business Centre (Fax, printing, copier, Internet, VOIP etc.). Our meeting room is standard equipped with 2 large white boards and projection screen. Especially for companies and organizations we have designed a Corporate Program with highly competitive rates and all inclusive prices. |
