ECOLOGICAL FARM "LA REFORMA"

This is a beautiful farm located close the community El Limon. Its owner, Fidel Gonzalez, is one of the pioneers who years ago started to reforest his farm with pine trees being aware of the need to preserve his natural resources. As a result you can observe pine forest plantations of different ages as well as natural pine forests on his farm.

During the last years he also started to plant many different fruit trees and ornamental plant with the use of drip-irrigation. On the farm also several hot water springs can be found. At present Fidel is working hard to establish a basic tourism infrastructure with a viewing point and several local bungalows to accommodate visitors on his farm.
